Welcome to EssayWriting.net.nz (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use our Services

  • You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.

  • You may create one account per person and must keep your login details secure.

2. What we provide (model–use only)

We provide custom written samples (essays, reports, proposals, etc.) for study and reference purposes. Our papers are intended to be used as examples, outlines, or sources for your own work. Submitting any paper we deliver as your own original work may violate your institution’s policies. You are solely responsible for how you use the materials.

3. Ordering process

  1. Place an order with details (topic, level, word count, referencing style, deadline, rubric).

  2. Payment confirms the order (see §4).

  3. We assign or let you choose a suitable writer.

  4. You can chat with the writer and upload additional materials.

  5. We deliver the file(s) to your dashboard and/or email.

4. Pricing & payments

  • Prices are shown in NZD and may vary by deadline, level, and complexity.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed on the site. Payments are processed via secure providers.

  • We may place an order on hold or cancel it if payment is disputed, reversed, or flagged for fraud.

5. Deadlines & delivery

  • Deadlines are shown in NZT (NZST/NZDT) unless stated otherwise.

  • We deliver via your account dashboard and/or email. Please ensure your email works and check spam.

  • If we cannot meet the confirmed deadline, we will notify you and offer options (new deadline, partial refund, or cancellation) — see §9.

6. Revisions

  • We offer free revisions to align the paper with your original instructions:

    • Orders up to 5,000 words: request within 7 calendar days of delivery.

    • 5,000+ words: request within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Revisions cover refinement of the original brief. New or changed instructions, increased word count, or added sources are additional work and may incur a fee.

7. Originality & academic integrity

  • Every paper is written from scratch and checked for plagiarism before delivery.

  • On request, we can provide an originality report (tool may vary).

  • We do not upload papers to Turnitin on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with your institution’s rules.

8. Writer selection & communication

  • We select a qualified writer or allow you to choose from shortlisted profiles.

  • We may reassign a writer to meet quality or timing requirements.

  • Keep all project communication in the dashboard for transparency.

9. Refunds & order cancellation

We aim for on-time, high-quality delivery. Refund requests are evaluated by our Quality Assurance team.

Eligible situations (case-by-case):

  • Non-delivery or missed deadline where you decline a new deadline.

  • Accidental duplicate payment.

  • Cancellation before a writer starts (full or partial, depending on work already done).

  • Quality disputes where the paper demonstrably fails to follow your original instructions and revisions cannot reasonably fix it.

Non-eligible or limited:

  • Change of mind after delivery, or new/changed instructions not in the original order.

  • Low grades or penalties — we cannot guarantee outcomes.

  • Rush orders with ≤24 hours may have limited cancellation options once started.

How to request: Contact support within 14 days of delivery with clear reasons and evidence (rubric, comments). We aim to review within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

10. License & intellectual property

  • Until full payment, all materials remain our property.

  • After delivery and payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the paper for learning and reference.

  • You may not resell, republish, distribute, or claim authorship of the delivered materials.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or academic policy;

  • Infringe copyrights or privacy rights;

  • Use bots/scrapers to harvest site data;

  • Try to breach or disable our systems;

  • Post or transmit harmful or unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to that policy.

13. Disclaimers

  • We provide the Services “as is” and do not guarantee grades or outcomes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (loss of profits, data, or reputation).

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Site, Services, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

17. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team. If unresolved, parties may seek remedies in the courts of New Zealand.
